He is survived by: his wife Celesta Cornelison; his daughters, Crystal Cornelison and Amanda Ralston; his siblings, Brenda Cornelison, Kathy Cornelison, Patty Turner and Bert Cornelison; and his granddaughter Emmalee Cornelison.
