He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Ann Troutman (Jason) and Douglas Glenn Fulkerson (Mary); his stepson Jim Keithley (Pat); his siblings, Paul Dean Fulkerson (Barbara) and Martha Bischoff (Ron); and his significant other Ruby Kilner. He is also survived by grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
