She is survived by: her children, Virgil Chapman of Columbus, OH, Chris Chapman of Indiana, Benny Chapman of Warfield, KY, Rose Whitt of Tennessee, Debbie Muncy of Tennessee and Abby Chapman of Tennessee; and her brothers, Benny Fields of Ohio, Clancey Fields of Ohio, Lester Fields of Ohio and Albert Fields of Ohio. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
