She is survived by: her husband Robert Spurlock; her children, Walter Spurlock (Tish) of Marrowbone, WV, Amanda Spurlock (Jason Blevins) of Kermit, WV and Charlotte Spurlock of Gilbert, WV; and her siblings, John Fields of Williamson, WV, Willie Fields of North Carolina, Kathy Spurlock of Kermit, WV, Charlotte Spurlock of Kermit, WV, Norma Fields of Kermit, WV and Effie Fields of Marrowbone, WV. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
