He was predeceased by: his parents, Ransom Marcum and Bessie Marcum; and his siblings, Nannie Marcum (Amos), Virginia Grogg (Otto), Sally Marcum, Verna Meade (Bob), Roland Marcum (Mary), Ernest Marcum (Lois), Clifford Marcum (Mildred), Bill Marcum (Mildred "Pid"), Robert "Bob" Marcum (Betty) and Ervin Marcum (Betty Mae).
He is survived by: his wife Mavis Marcum (Block); his children, Travis Marcum (Linda) of Louisa, KY, Wendy Fitch of Williamson, WV and Tracie Fitch of Williamson, WV.; his grandchildren, Shawn Marcum Esquire and D. C.; his sister Regena Johnson (Paul) of Columbus, OH; his siblings-in-law, Marvin Block (Teresa) of Crum, WV, Marilyn Block and Myrna Kay Smith (Block) of Arizona; and his friends, Walter and Diana Spaulding of Kermit, WV. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
