He is survived by: his siblings, Leroy Jewel (Linda) of Warfield, KY, Darrell Jewell (Christine) of Lovely, KY, David Jewell (Elizabeth) of Louisa, KY and Renee Slone (Rick) of Lovely, KY.; his nieces and nephews, Angie Thornsbury, Dalena Jewell, Eric Jewell, Regina McCoy, Jason Jewell, Philip Jewell, Brittany Moore, Taylor Thornsbury, Austin McCoy, Darrian Jewell, Cole Jewell, Shae Jewell and Brody Jewell; and his son Nik Slone. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
