He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Speer Sr. and Mildred June Kinder Speer; his wife Margie Ann Hutchinson Speer; and his daughter Amy Speer White. He is survived by: his daughter Christy Dawn Speer of Inez, KY; his grandchildren, Chelsey Muncy of Ohio and Madyson Speer (Noah Bowen) of Warfield, KY; his great grandchildren, Jackson Muncy and Kinley Bowen; his siblings, Barry Speer of Ashland, KY, Zane of Warfield, Charles Eddie Speer of Warfield and Tamara Moore of Statesville, NC; and his son-in-law Arlin White.
In lieu of flowers, donations are asked to be made to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.
