She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Messer and Etta Sammons Messer; and her siblings, Kelly, Clifford Messer, Dorothy Messer, Patricia Stacy and Peggy Marcum.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Williams of East Kermit, WV; her children, Chris Newsome (Ginny) of Kermit, WV and Danille Crum of Kermit, WV; and her brothers, Clinton Messer of Kermit, WV and Jody Messer of Statesville. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
