He was predeceased by: his father Elijah Collins; and his siblings, Billy Joe Collins and Donna Kay Collins. He is survived by: his mother Madgie Jude Collins; and his siblings, Charles "Bo" Collins (Beth) of Lovely, KY, Terry Collins (Bertha) of Inez, KY, Gerldine Litton (Rob Moore) of Inez, KY, Elijah Lee Collins (Lynn) of Wolf Creek, KY and James Collins (Brittany) of Pilgrim, KY. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews and 10 great nieces and nephews.
