She is survived by: her mother Ellen Costello Beverly; her husband James Caudill; her daughter Jessica Hughes of Vicco, KY; her siblings, Rita Edwards (Randy) of Richmond, KY, Pam Eldridge (Tommy) of Letcher County, KY and Howard Norris Beverly of Vicco, KY; and her nephews, Ryan Combs, Robert Eldridge and Brandon Mullins.
