She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Eldridge and Hettie Eldridge; her husband Jimmy Shell; and her siblings, John L. Eldridge, Dorothy Rae, Cleda Profitt, Helen Eldridge, Ida Mae Caudill and Wanda Sneed.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Rice (Joey) of Viper, Jimmy Shell (April) of Viper and Jerry Shell (Missy) of Viper; her brothers, Ray Eldridge (Zelma) of North Carolina and Jessie Jr. Eldridge (Deenie) of Hindman; and her grandchildren, Ashley Rice, Courtney Shell (Tyler Shepherd), Meghan Shell, Preston Rice and Heather Thacker.
