He was predeceased by: his father Thurman Richard Neal; and his brother David Williams. He is survived by: his mother Wanda Neal of Elizabethtown, KY; and his sisters, Loretta Ponce (Albert) of Radcliff, KY and Debbi Rios (Art) of California. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.
