He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bitter and Mary Bitter; and his siblings, Roy A. Bitter, Ronald Bitter, Marie Bitter Judd and Angie Bitter Singleton.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Bitter; his children, Troy Bitter (Kelly) and Kristen Vlasis (Steve); and his grandchildren, Alexis, Mason Vlasis, Micah, Makenna and Camden Bitter.
