Oliver Samuel Rigney Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 2, 2023, at the age of 87, Oliver Samuel Rigney of Villa Hills, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Rigney and Stella Rigney; and his brother Wilson Rigney (late Ginger). He is survived by: his wife Donna; his sons, Rob (Amy) and Randy Rigney; his grandchildren, William, Ryan and Rachael; and his sisters, Patty Rinehart (Ken) and Teri Soden (Jerry). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
