He was predeceased by: his sons, William Corey Powell and Blaine Powell. He is survived by: his parents, William D. Powell and Margaret Darragh Powell Sr.; his wife Jennifer L. Berger Powell; his children, Jordan Powell (Kyle), Nick Powell (Lindsey Gritton), Jason Hill (Morgan) and Kevin Hill (Lynsey); his sister Diana Powell Baxter (Garry); and his grandchildren, Kady and Kaylee.
