He was predeceased by: his parents, Madeline Thurman and Harry Leroy Woolums, Jr.; and his brother Harry Ray Woolums. He is survived by: his wife Sondra Turner Woolums; his daughter Rhonda Woolums Lewis (David); his granddaughter Lauren Paige Lewis; his sisters, Kathy Woolums Morrow (George), Judy Woolums Brown (Barron) and JoAnn Woolums Sallee (Larry); and his pet Prince.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Woodford County Humane Society.
