He is survived by: his wife Rose Ella Luttrell; his children, Russell Wayne Luttrell (Michelle) and Rita Michelle Carpenter (Mike); his grandchildren, Jeremiah Luttrell, Jo Marie Luttrell, Courtney Luttrell, Mikie Carpenter and Krystal Carpenter (Tyler Moore); and his great grandchild Anthony Robinson.
