It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Boone Burton (Versailles, Kentucky), who passed away on July 2, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Douglas and Gladys Lear Burton; his wife Barbara Burton; his son Denny Burton; and his brothers, Marion Burton, William Burton and Jerry Burton.

He is survived by: his children, Tara Burton, Laura Lacy, William Burton and Thomas Burton; his sister Barbara Sutt; and his grandchildren, Cody Simpson, Cameron Burton, Christian Burton, Olivia Lacy, Malcom Carpenter and Brittany Ross.
