She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank C. Hornsby and Sylvia Hornsby. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Nichols; her sons, Mark Routt (Patty), Luke Routt (Jennifer) and Matt Routt (Christina); her stepchildren, Tamara Hawkins (Barron) and Troy Nichols (Dawn); her siblings, Cheryl Gee, Lavonne Mullins and Bradley Hornsby; and her grandchildren, Caleb Routt, Alexa Routt, Bayleigh Routt, Jacob Routt, Corey Routt, Stevie Ray Nicholas, Calin Richardson and Alyssa Nichols. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
