He is survived by: his wife Zelma Ingguls James; his children, Regina Murphy of Lawrenceburg, Tiffany Simmons of Memphis, TN and Burt Simmons (Kelly) of Lexington; and his grandchildren, Gage Simmons, Sydney Taylor and Isabella Taylor.
