With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judith Belle Rouch (Versailles, Kentucky), born in Plymouth, Indiana, who passed away on February 5, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Keith Rouch; her granddaughters, Abigail Rouch and Anna Rouch; and her sisters-in-law, Sharon Reynolds and Rebecca Rouch.
