He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Cable Botkin and William Lee Botkin; and his brothers, Ronald Lee Botkin and Thomas Earl Botkin. He is survived by: his wife Janet Botkin; his children, Doug Botkin (Karen) and Carol Botkin Lynn (Dwain); his grandchildren, Zack Botkin (Mira), Daniel Botkin, Bryce Johnson, Samantha Prosser (Jake) and Jacqueline Van Kammen (Cameron); and his great grandchild Elias Prosser.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Property Committee of Pisgah Presbyterian Church, 710 Pisgah Pike, Versailles, KY 40383.
