He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Donel, Sr. and Marie Conway Lewis; and his son Eddie Lewis. He is survived by: his close friend Patricia R. Stokley; and his siblings, Gerry Lewis Simko and Kevin Lewis.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Blackburn and Ward Funeral Home (161 Broadway St, Versailles, KY 40383). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
