He was predeceased by: his son Jonathan Fisher Hall. He is survived by: his wife Kay Fisher Hall; his children, David Hall (Sharon) and Joanna Sames (Ed); his grandchildren, Melody Demasi (Clark), Michelle, Matthew Hall, Elizabeth, Rachel and Nathan Sames (Chelsea); and his great grandchild Kayden Hall.
