He is survived by: his wife Christine Hall Blevins; his children, Tammy Watts (Steven) and John Blevins (Janeth); his siblings, Janice (Richard), Geneva (Russell), Vernice Blevins (Frieda), Bo Blevins (Cheryl), William Blevins (Diane), David Blevins (Linda) and Harlan; and his granddaughters, Brittany Watts and Meghan Watts-Wehrle (Benjamin).
