William Joseph Meadors Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Joseph Meadors of Tompkinsville, Kentucky, born in Corbin, Kentucky, who passed away on November 22, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore "Ted" Meadors and Ruth Meadors (Young). He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Meadors (Carter); his children, Michael Meadors (Lydia) of Lexington, William J. Meadors, Jr. (Erin) of Lexington, Wendy Lee Meadors of Lexington, Carmen Nicole Keegan (Gary) of Hudson and Jill Meadors of Bowling Green; and his stepchildren, Teresa Page of Tompkinsville, Dana Harlan (Tony) of Tompkinsville and Jennifer Lankford (Robert) of Tompkinsville. He is also survived by Twelve grandchildren, six step-grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Monroe County Backpack Program in memory of Yogi.
