She was predeceased by: her parents, William Charles Howard and Daisy Mae Maxey; her spouse Fonice Pipkin, Jr.; her son Jermone Kirk; and her siblings, Larry Charles Howard, Charles William Howard, Jo Ann Tooley, Delphina Howard and Georgia Katherine Howard.
She is survived by: her children, Fontice Neal Pipkin III (Edna) of Tompkinsville, KY, Jabbar Pipkin of Tompkinsville, KY, Michael Pipkin (Sharon) of Columbia, KY and Terrell Pipkin of Tompkinsville, KY. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Josephine's memory may be made for funeral expenses.
