She was predeceased by: her father Jackie Ray Rich; her grandparents, Carol Jackson Nelson and James C. Jackson; her stepfather Rickie Howard; her uncle Gary Webb; and her aunt LouAnn Walker.

She is survived by: her mother Judy Ann McIntyre (Jackson); her close friend Jackie Pennington of Tompkinsville; her siblings, Ashley Poindexter (William), Mary Birge (Adam), Bobby and Cody McIntyre; her aunts and uncles, Darrell (Sherrye Jackson), Pam (Ricky Bartley), Linda (Timmy Trivett), Margie Webb and Raymond Walker; her nieces and nephews, Lesley Jackson, Lisa Jackson, Hannah Froust, Emberly Poindexter, Timmy Jackson, Alan Jackson, Landon Poindexter, Lucas Poindexter, Marcus Jolivette, Liam and Mason Poindexter; her great-nephews, Corbin, Knox Foust and Jackson Gentry; and her close friends, Tonya Corbin, Cynthia Collins and Emily Bartley.
