He is survived by: his wife Terri Belt of Sullivan, KY; his children, Robin Newton (Steve) of Henderson, KY and John Duncan (Brian) of Owensboro, KY.; his stepdaughters, Jennifer Rickard (Troy) of Sullivan, KY and Kristie Buskov (Andrew) of Madisonville, KY.; his grandchildren, Jonathan Floyd (Tiffany), Brittany Gilbert (Josh), Joseph Floyd (Crystal), Cody Quinn (Brittany) and Shelby Floyd (Franch); his great grandchildren, Alexander, Emilee Floyd, Kaden Quinn, Brayden Moore, Korbin, Tinley, Hudson Quinn, Jayden, Ethan, Molly Samples, Izabella Floyd, Zoey, Amelia Alford and Westyn Brooks; and his stepgrandchildren, Jonathan, Trevor, Caleb, Leah Rickard, Kendall Basham and Christain BuskovThe.
