Bowen, Jr. (Michelle Douglas) of Stanford, KY, Vada Bowen of Stanford, KY and Melody Adams (Keith) of Stanford, KY; his brothers, Claude "Butch" Bowen, Jr. (Sharon) of Lexington, KY, Kenneth Wynn Bowen of Boise, ID and Richard Dean Bowen (Mary) of Lexington, KY; and his grandchildren, Cadin Adams, Jobee Bowen, Gracie May Martinez and Haley Hadley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
