It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Taylor Floyd of Stanford, Kentucky, who passed away on April 23, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ray Floyd; her parents, Homer Taylor and Allean Taylor (Dugger); her daughter Raevonna Hall Poynter; and her sisters, Velma Messenger and Barbara Sue Young.
She is survived by: her daughter Tawanna (Scott Manz) of Stanford; her siblings, Denton, Eugene, David Taylor (Dana), Vena Long (Clark) and Sarah Floyd (Frank); her grandchildren, Clinton Hall (Hallie), Cierra Ward (Justin) and Brandon Denton; and her great grandchildren, Jace, Preston Avery, Cullen, Tallon, Sully and Holly Kate.
