He is survived by: his wife Karen Phillipe of Stanford, KY; and his sisters, Rose Mary Maples (Bobby) of Stanford, KY, Sue Ann Siler (Bobby) of Crab Orchard, KY, Kathy Jo Brock (Curtis) of Stanford, KY and Bonnie Purcell (Paul) of Richmond, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
