He is survived by: his children, Michael Sparkman (Karen) of Stanford, KY and Rita Burchett (Larry) of Stanford, KY; his sister Juanita Bates of Coeur; his grandchildren, Dena Collett (Jim Bob) and Trenton Burchett (Caitlin Long); his great grandchildren, Bentley Collett and Easton Collett; and his stepbrother Bill Williams of Junction City, KY..
