It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rick Arendt in Springfield, Kentucky, born in Park Ridge, Illinois, who passed away on February 24, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Kathy Arendt; and his parents, Frederick Arendt and Ruth Talcott Arendt. He is survived by: his wife Judy Kolar Arendt; his sister Julianne Putman (Steve) of Fishers, Indiana; his brother-in-law Rudy Kolar of Kyoto, Japan; his niece Anna Shults of Fishers; and his pet Stan Lee.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Francis of Assisi Cemetery (6785 KY-52, Loretto, KY 40037).
