She was predeceased by: her grandfather Bill Spalding. She is survived by: her husband John Harrell of Springfield; her children, Gentry Osborne and Addison Harrell; her parents, Jim Spalding and Deanna Spalding of Bardstown; her siblings, Andrew Spalding and Maddie Spalding of Bardstown; her grandparents, Ellie Dale (Morton), Ken Neal (Mary Jo) of Indiana and Martha Spalding of Springfield; and her parents-in-law, Roger Harrell of Bardstown and Joni Sparrow of Springfield. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
