With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Earl Holcomb of South Portsmouth, Kentucky, born in Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on September 13, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sherman Holcomb and Margaret Shepherd Holcomb; his wife Carol Stevenson Holcomb; and his sisters, Wilma Delong and Flora Mae "June" Graves.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Wright, Cathy Gullett (Don), Valerie Meenach (Danny), Cristi Berry, Danny Holcomb (Yvonne) and David Holcomb (Donna); his grandchildren, Heather Morrison, Bradley Wright (Danica), Donald Gullett Jr. (Missy), Tracey Rapp (Drew), Angela Defoe (Mark), Brooke Wells (Ryan), Carrie Gullett (Andrew), Casey McCall (Will), Hannah Berry, Jackson Berry (Chantelle), Cassandra Hicks (Cory), Alex Holcomb (Kristen), Rachel Affareaux (Sean), Sarah Holcomb (Patrick Sandefer) and Daniel Holcomb (Stephanie Long); and his sister Mary Frances White. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
