He was predeceased by: his parents, Burd Miller and Nellie Miller; his former wife Gladys (Fulkerson); his son Ritchie Wayne; his stepson Todd Spencer; and his brothers, Ralph, Berny and Edwin.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly (Paris); his children, Brent (Patty) of Leitchfield and Tambra Miller of Glasgow; his stepchildren, Brent Spencer (Jennifer) of Kenosha, WI and Mindy Warfield (Jim) of Peoria, IL.; his siblings, Holbert of Lexington, Randall of Matthews, NC, Nancy Bazzle of Charleston, WV and Martha Rickwald of Louisville; and his grandchildren, Joshua Burks (Keri), J. B. Miller (Haley), Drew Spencer (Brittany), Chelsey Spencer, Jameson, Spencer Warfield and Andrew Fensterle (Cheyenne).
