She was predeceased by: her husband Herman D. Mayhugh; her daughter Jennifer Jo Mayhugh; and her siblings, Tommy Cardwell and Sonja Flener. She is survived by: her children, Lecia Priddy (Dennis) of Smiths Grove, KY and Joey Mayhugh (Allison) of Fulshear, TX; her grandchildren, Joseph Priddy (Jessica) of Smiths Grove, KY, Rachel Donnelly (Arthur) of Smiths Grove, KY and Stuart Mayhugh of Fulshear, TX; her great grandchildren, Jack of Smiths Grove, KY, Ford Priddy of Smiths Grove, KY, Walker of Smiths Grove, KY and Holt Porter Donnelly of Smiths Grove, KY; and her brothers, W. D. Cardwell (Gail) of Morgantown, KY and Randal Cardwell (Teresa) of Morgantown, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
