He was predeceased by: his parents, Godfrey Brown and Mary Jane Brown; his wife Dottie Brown; and his sons-in-law, Pete Peter and Charlie Armstrong.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sherry Peter of Simpsonville and Tyleen Armstrong of Smithfield; and his grandchildren, Georgann Nichols, Nick Scott, Josh Armstrong and Aaron Armstrong. He is also survived by 10 Great-Grandchildren 1 Great-Great-Grandson.
