He was predeceased by: his father Charles "Eddie" Dailey; his stepfather John Robert Renn; and his sister Carla Gayle Adams. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Renn of Smithfield; his sisters, Monica Jan Johnson (Troy) of Fairdale and Ashley Marie Boone (Anthony) of Louisville; and his nephews, Andrew Lee Dockery of El Paso, TX, Austin Thomas Dockery (Meghan) of Carlisle, Brandon Robert Dockery of Carlisle and Jaxon Boone of Louisville. He is also survived by 3 Aunts, a Great-Niece and Several Great-Nephews.
