She is survived by: her husband Luis Moreno of Smithfield; her children, Andrea Moreno of Louisville, Chris Hendrix (Debbie) of Canton, GA, Ryan Hendrix (Suzanne) of Dayton, OH, Joe Hendrix (Beth) of Dayton, OH and Luis Norman Moreno (Brooke) of Eminence; and her grandchildren, Noah Hendrix, Nate Hendrix, Austin Hendrix, Rhyleigh Hendrix, Zimnik Hendrix, Ozwyn Hendrix, Arguz Hendrix, Ken Hendrix, Wendy Hendrix and Camila Moreno.
