He is survived by: his wife Anne Fisher of Smithfield; and his children, Debbie Peckham of Clarksville, Michael Fisher (Karen) of Louisville and David Fisher (Paula) of Smithfield. He is also survived by 4 Grandchildren 3 Great-Grandchildren 3 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
