He is survived by: his wife Fannie Fugate; his sons, Larry Wayne Fugate (Missy) of Slemp, KY and Garry Michael Fugate of Slemp, KY; his sisters, Teresa Day (Robert) of Wooton, KY, Tonda Napier of Wooton, KY, Linda Stidham (Junior) of Grassy, KY and Chick Johnson (Johnny Ray) of Smilax, KY; his siblings-in-law, David Bowling (Tracy) of London, KY and Betty Ann Kilburn (Jerry) of Wooton, KY; his grandchild Aiden Michael Fugate; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Blake, Lindsey, Peyton, Emma and Host.
