He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Couch and Ethel Holbrook Couch; and his siblings, Verna Bowling, Lona Lewis, Roy Couch and Roger Couch.
He is survived by: his son Mike Couch of Letcher County; his siblings, Terry Couch of Iowa, Wanda Lee of Hazard, KY, Sharon Lawson of Leatherwood, KY, Lucy Callahan, Kathy Combs of Hazard, KY, Marie Shapiro of Hazard, KY and Carolyn Sewell; and his grandchild Mckenzie Couch. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family & friends.
