She is survived by: her children, Teresa Ingram of Slemp, KY, Jeff Causey (Lois) of Harlan, KY, Donald Causey (Ann) of Corbin, KY and Chris Causey of Slemp, KY; her sister Barbara Pennington of Yeaddiss, KY; and her close friend Leroy Couch. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren along with a host of great grandchildren, family & friends.
