He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Caldwell and Bessie Mae Harris Caldwell; and his brothers, Harold "Sleepy" Caldwell and Jerry Caldwell. He is survived by: his daughter Diana Clemons (Jesse) of Slemp, KY; his siblings, Linda Sexton (Josh) of Slemp, KY, Denver Caldwell (Arlene) of Slemp, KY, Darrell Caldwell (Geraldine) of Slemp, KY and Bobby Caldwell (Angie) of Delphia, KY; his close friend Jerome Adams; his niece Susan Caldwell; and his grandchildren, Kaylee, Khloe and Karissa. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family & friends.
