He is survived by: his wife Iva Jean Cornett Holbrook; his children, Rhea Pennington (Elhanan) of Slemp, KY and Jeffrey Holbrook of Slemp, KY; and his siblings, Margaret Roark (Lawerence), Carolyn Hall (Harry), Raymond Holbrook (Marsha) of Cornettsville, KY and Cooley Callahan (Angie) of Cornettsville, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family & friends.
