He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Gilbert Tinsley Sr. and Alma Lucille King Tinsley; and his granddaughter Sarita "Red" Mackenzie Stucker. He is survived by: his wife Mary Carol Tinsley of Shelbyville; his daughter Tamara Huffman (John) of Cincinnati, Ohio; his brothers, Don Tinsley (Gloria) of Shelbyville and Bill Tinsley of Taylorsville; his grandchildren, Claudia Raikes of Campbellsville and Chesley Velazquez (Jorge) of Middletown; and his great grandchildren, Vera Raikes, Christopher Velazquez and Draven Raikes. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Hall-Taylor Funeral Home of Taylorsville Friday (52 W Main St, Taylorsville, KY 40071).
