She was predeceased by: her father Emery Williams; her husband James Robert Bromagen; her daughter Sherry Franks; and her sister Siebel Fleming. She is survived by: her daughters, Sandy James (Charles) of Carmel, Jane Bromagen (David King) of Orange Park, Laura Keller (Larry) of Xenia and Colleen Swartz (Mark) of Winchester; and her sister Audrey Whitton of Flemingsburg. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
