She is survived by: her mother Carolyn Jewell Hurst; her daughter Amanda Welch (Whitney) of Sharpsburg, One; her siblings, Barry Hurst (Regina) of Owingsville and Patricia McVey Purvis (George) of Sharpsburg; her granddaughter Brooklyn Raynae Welch; her nieces, Jennifer Smedley (Matt) of Wallingford and Alicia Erwin (Tyler); her nephew Justin McVey (Amber) of Owingsville; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Rileigh McVey, Emilee McVey, Abby McVey, Wyatt Erwin and Gavin McVey.
